Meet Wax, a LA rapper totally on his grind and in our minds!

The 32 year old Maryland native definitely can write a rhyme better than we did in our title.

Born Michael Jones,  the rapper known as Wax gained YouTube buzz after posting numerous videos of him freestyling, rapping, and singing.

After being frontman of the D.C band, MacGregor, he released his first Wax solo EP titled "Biatch" in 2005.

With his views on YouTube staggering over a couple million, Jones signed with Def Jam Recordings in 2011. He eleased his first single as a Def Jam Artist, "Dispensary Girl," which debuted on Entertainment Weekly a day before his album "Scrublife" was released.

Wax's new album, "Continue..." was released just a couple days ago and has even more extensive and lyrical tracks.

The song "Rosana" is totally a roll down the car window in the summer jam. We're so in love with this track along with another one called "Dreamin."

Wax is an artist to watch is 2K13. Download his new album on iTunes now!
