Happy Birthday to an icon.. We miss you, Aaliyah!

Today, we remember Aaliyah. The 34 year old Brooklyn native was most recognized for her debut album, "Age Ain't Nothing but a Number."

Over the years, the "If Your Girl Only Knew" singer would go on to work with some of the top musicians and producers of the last century, became a top selling artist, and even made her movie debut in 2000 as well.

Aaliyah was killed on August 25th, 2001 in the Bahamas.
